Healthy Moms & Babes is an outreach ministry whose mission is to increase infant survival as well as foster the health of women, children and families. 

Realizing Our Promise was created to build a healthier community and to celebrate trailblazers in the community who are doing great work to support pregnant women and children and to raise funds to continue the great work of Healthy Moms and Babes.
